Afterburner Headers VW: AFTERBURNER TURBO CHAMBER HEADERS? Eliminate restrictive exhaust manifold on trucks without emission controls At low RPM, Afterburner? helps engine produce monstrous power At high RPM, Afterburner? delivers the awesome horsepower of a big-tub header! Big-tube headers offer plenty of horsepower but lack the low-end torque twisting capabilities of small-tube systems or proven "tri-y" designs. Afterburner? is a unique tubular exhaust that directs exhaust gases of the out-of-sequence cylinder into a secondary collector. There, the fumes are scavenged at a flow rate equal to that of the 3 other cylinders. Relieving the crowded condition in the primary collector allows for a smaller tube design, resulting in increased exhaust velocity (for added horsepower and torque) and a straighter power and torque curve paralleling the engine's RPM range. Premium high-temperature electrostatic gray finish. Includes: headers, reducers, gaskets and all hardware. Headers not equipped with A.I.R. injection manifolds. Check local emission laws before ordering. NOTE: Not legal for sale or use on California pollution-controlled motor vehicles. This product is intended for off-road or racing use only and is not intended or applicable for highway use. NOTE: Oxygen sensor fitting where applicable. Oxygen sensor not included. Will not fit with angled plug heads. Shipped separately from factory. NOTE: SKU numbers ending in F are factory shipped and may take a little longer to reach you. PT: Primary Tube CS: Column Size

Pacesetter Performance Headers VW: PERFORMANCE HEADER KIT For 4- and 6-cylinder cars, trucks, vans and SUVs Get more horsepower, better gas mileage and a smoother running engine! Custom fit for easy installation Gives more power per dollar than any other single modification. A "must" for 4- and 6-cylinder engines, as these engines are equipped with a restrictive exhaust manifold that limits engine operating efficiency and results in sluggish performance. Header lets engine "breathe" better and operate more efficiently. Improves acceleration, ensures better gas mileage and a cooler running engine. You can gain more horsepower over stock equipment with a well-tuned or slightly modified engine. MIG welded of heavy steel with flanges made to exact thickness of stock exhaust manifold. This permits installation for any stock or modified intake manifold, using stock hardware and only one stock gasket, without shims. For straight 6-cylinder and 4-cylinder one header included; for V6 two headers included (except where noted). Depending on application, headers not equipped with smog fittings. Check local emission laws before ordering. NOTE: SKU numbers ending in F are factory shipped and may take a little longer to reach you. (A) With EGR fitting. (B) Will not fit with automatic floor shift.

Replacement Batteries VW: MOTORCYCLE AND ATV BATTERIES Limited battery warranties available See Battery Configuration Chart at left to assist battery selection 12-, 24- and 36-month batteries available Batteries are either 6-volt or 12-volt, depending on application. Include either new mounting hardware to attach to existing battery cables and/or new attached wire leads (as required). New vent tubing is included with batteries with built-in exhaust vent. Important: 36-month batteries can be used as more powerful replacements for 12- or 24-month batteries, but 12- or 24-month batteries cannot be used as replacements for 36-month batteries. Battery Configuration Chart: The illustrations shown represent the top of the battery (front facing down) and indicate location of the positive (+) terminal, the negative (-) terminal and the location of the exhaust vent (). The numbers shown correspond to the Conf. number. Configuration 1, configuration 13, 24-month battery stock number 01ZX2887X and 12-month battery stock number 01ZX2902U do not have exhaust vent; they are vented through the battery cap plugs. How To Order Your Battery: Check vehicle's make, year and model and order the corresponding stock number for the 12-, 24- or 36-month battery of your choice. If the year and/or exact model designation of your vehicle is in doubt, see Steps 2 and 3. Please do not use the code(s) or OEM number when ordering battery. Check existing battery or owner's manual for the manufacturer's (OEM) number and order the corresponding stock number. Measure the dimensions of existing battery and compare the location of its terminals and exhaust vent to the illustrations shown in the Battery Configuration Chart. Find the battery with the same dimensions and same configurations ( Conf. ) and order the corresponding stock number. SPECIAL NOTES: Battery is shipped dry and must be filled and charged before use (electrolyte not included). Instructions included for installing, filling, charging and maintaining battery. Following these instructions will help ensure longer battery life and more dependable service. Conf: Indicates battery configuration (see Battery Configuration Chart at left). Amp Hrs: Indicates battery capacity?a scientific measurement that relates ampere-hour at a 10-hour rate or AH (10H-R). The number shows the total number of amps that can be discharged (used) at a consistent, even rate from a fully charged battery over 10 hours and still leave the battery with 10 volts of power (12-volt battery) or 5-1/2 volts (6-volt battery). CCA: Indicates cold cranking amps (or starting power) for a fully charged battery for 30 seconds at 0?????? F. 6-volt batteries do not carry this rating.
